Bob Marley & the Wailers - Waiting in Vain

A kind of late Father’s Day post.

Every time I listen to Bob Marley, I think of my father. Until I got a driver’s license and car, I mostly only saw my dad on an every-other-weekend kind of basis. When I was younger, he used to wake us up with the smell of breakfast and Bob Marley on his old Bose speakers (which he still has).

I just spent the last few days at my dad’s house, and they were quite nice. It was hard to pick just one song off this album, it’s really great.
